which has been vandalized by hackers.

Thanks. My guidebook has a bibliography which lists the books I own. It might be possible to add some more to archive.org if they are definitely
out of copyright and not too long.

Posted books by Ryan and Shearer

Two of the books I bought recently were such poor shape (pages falling out, etc.) that I made scans of them.
