Re: ACF Play Site

I am a neutral party to all this. I don't know anyone here personally. But we should put aside personal dislikes and what ever personal issues we have with one another. Personal issues and dislikes can be discussed in private between the two conflicting parties. There is no need to try to "win&...

Re: Cub Scouts / Checkers

Hi John
He got in touch with me thru facebook but I think he is very busy so haven't met up yet. When you come through Singapore, contact me for a game of checkers. Very few people here play the game.

Thanks
Jason

Draughts Review

I just won the Draughts Review 1924-1931-2kg+ for 99 pence. No one upped the price or anything and although shipping was heavy, it was worth it. About 40+ usd in total and all way to Singapore. I remember in 2007, the whole set from 1924-1934 went for 150 usd excluding shipping. Ebay is still the pl...

Re: SUGGESTIONS WELCOME

Hi Danny This is one idea I do support. When I first told people that I am going to teach Kindergarten children Checkers, they laughed at me but its growing. Now I see that someone has organized a Kindergarten Chess Championship in Singapore and its also growing in popularity island wide. I would sa...

Re: THINK TANK

How are you going to create a "think tank" with people from all parts of the world through the internet? In order to firmly establish something, you need face to face communication. First you need to promote in your own country, maybe get enough members to establish some sort of club and f...

Re: Chess Scholastic System

Hi Danny There is a problem in trying to do a chess program. Chess is run by many different commercial schools and various small organizations. I grew up in Melbourne, Australia and now in Singapore, I do see the same problem. Too many people running chess. Although there is a great demand for chess...

Re: Checkers Treasure Hunt Down Under
