Since kurnik has also cancelled the Wed tournaments I thought this may be the perfect time to set this event as some of us played in those tournaments:

Excerpt from a previous post what this tournament is about:
"The event will be in appreciation of Lindus Edwards, a man who has helped and encouraged new players to take up, and excel at, the game of draughts.
Lindus stopped playing the game in December 2005 and to encourage him out of his self-imposed exile, his friends at Kurnik have decided to organise a tournament, which is open to all, and in which we hope Lindus himself partakes."
