Checkers in Ohio

We are organizing a checker playing event in Ohio for July 25 Weekend in Ohio. Alex Moiseyev has not confirmed but others that are willing to participate are Dr. Beckwith and Alan Millhone. More information for the time and location will follow.

Did this event actually take place? No locations, times or follow-ups were ever posted.

Or am I missing something?

Micahel Holmes and I met at my apartment. A number of other guys couldn't make it (plus one no-show). I'm not sure about future practice sessions.....Alex Moiseyev is interested, given his upcoming match, but I will be in England for World Qualifier around Labor Day weekend. We will have state Tournament in Medina in September.
