This Stonehaven event ,the week following the British Ty. should attract the world's strongest players. I have only an incomplete list ,does anyone have the full list of players taking part.
Unfortunately I will not be able to attend the British though, who is going to participate?

William,
Today is the closing date for entries to the World 3 Move Qualifiers in Stonehaven. I'll send you the official list of participants in a couple of days.

Re: World title Qualifier
Strange enough decision for such "earlier nomination".
American National 3 moves tournament 2006 suppose to be in June. If ACF has to endorse today 2 players based on the results of 2004 Natl. - it will be R. Hallet (2nd, 22 points) and E. Lowder (3rd, 20 points). Next in the line were Bruch, Beckwith and Morrison who tied with 18 points (don't remember HP & exact order).
Both, Hallet and Lowder are outstanding players who can gift any checkers event if decide to attend it.
Regards,
Alex

I am playing checkers, not chess.
