I was talking with someone on an internet checkers app..... I was trying to explain "the move" ...
since my explanation was getting us nowhere i decided to share one of the links i had ...
this happened to be a link to one of my favourite checker websites, that of Mr Jim Loy ...
Lo and behold, for some reason none of the links are functioning....
does anyone know if it has been relocated?
Keep in mind I have been away from Checkers for a while, so I apologize if this is something that everyone knows...

Hi Danny, not everyone knows that Jim Loy's website including Jim Loy's Checker Pages has been down since about December, 2013.
For those of us who miss Jim Loy's Checker Pages, the ACF Store has the 100 page Checkers Lessons (Beginners’ Pages from the pages of the ACFB)
for sale for Ten USD, although I would guess shipping to Australia would cost extra. Lesson 21 is The Move.

For something free and online about THE MOVE, there is the Virginia Checkers website.
To be safe, I will first post the Virginia Checkers home page:

From the top of the home page "The Basics" tab may be clicked and then from the drop down menu click "The Move."

Thanks for the kind words, George. I have not been able to make many updates to my site recently, but my intention is to continue to add content as my summer activities begin to wind down.

Also there were some issues with The Move page after I updated my PDNViewer code; some of the position diagrams were missing. I updated "The Move" page and they should be visible now.
