New Transposition?

I'm nearing the end of the 12-16s and have discovered this. It's new to me - were others already aware of it?

12-16 24-20; 8-12 23-18; 3-8 27-23; 16-19

10-15; 23-18 7-10 27-23; 3-7 24-20; 15-19 same.

The first sequence is unusual, but I believe it to be both sound and plausible.

Yes, it is in Churchill's Compilations on the Black side of the two openings.

One minor difference is CC played 16-19 before 3-8 in the 12-16, 24 20, 8-12 run-up.

In GAYP it was reached by 1. 11-15 23-18, 2. 7-11 27-23, 3. 3-7 24-20, 4. 15-19 or 1. 11-15 23-18, 2. 8-11 27-23, 3.3-8 24-20, 4. 15-19 which looks most logical to me.

Thanks for this. I don't personally like CC's 16-19 before 3-8; my recommendation is definitely 3-8 first.
