From the August 1964 'Popular Mechanics' magazine, there is a very good, well written article on the 6-game match between the IBM 7094 computer and Robert Nealey (1-0 and 5 draws in the human's favour). All of the moves from the winning game (10-15 22-17; 15-19) are given.
An internet search of the 'Checker Game of the Century' should bring it up.
Good article!

Man vs Machine in the Checker Game of the Century is a great find shared by Richard Pask.

The article from Popular Mechanics August 1964 by John Pfeiffer is a first draft of computer history. The IBM 7094 computer is programmed by "Dr. Arthur Samuel, IBM research consultant." The computer plays Connecticut State Champion Robert Nealey six games, with five draws and Nealey winning one game. The article is, as Mr. Spock would say, "fascinating."
