Food for thought? How many ACF members who were non US citizens have ever won this most prestigious checker tournament? And who were they? (Cont.)

Hmmm...good question. The only other one I can immediately think of for 3-move is Derek Oldbury. There may have been others (A. Jordan?) in the pre-ACF days.
