Hello ACF members:

Friday the ACF printer mailed out all USA Members bulletins & ballots. The ballot is on a seperate sheet of paper. Ballots are to be marked, folded, stamped,sealed and mailed ( mailing address in place). You will need to legibly print your name at the bottom of ballot and sign. The bulletin this time has sealed 'tabs' on three sides.

Bulletins went out last Friday. In this morning's mail I mailed out all outside of USA bulletins&ballots. Everyone has till March 3rd. to submit their ballots . Mr. Gene Ellison and his committee will not open any ballots for counting till March 3rd.
