I quit smoking and today it's 2 days in hospital and 11 days after hospital out of cigarettes. Taken some diet, walk, yoga exercises (mainly relaxation), swimming, physical therapy and more.

Hi Alex..............glad to hear yur being up-beat [and no surrender] now all yu gotta do is focus on important things like seeing yur kids getting trhu life getting married and grand-kids on the way.That s the mean ing of life so life style change required ,different focus change of heart[duh] new way of thinking good luck.
