Ratings Update

From my understanding, the ACF executive committee already voted yes regarding the preliminary lists of players as well as the rules. Rather, we are just waiting for the basics of the rules to be approved as BY-LAWS. I don't see any problem with putting the list of title holders in the next ACF bulletin. Unless you object Alex.

Yes, I object to publish pieces of unfinished work. Even if we review and approve lists, they are meaningless without full picture - basic BY-LAWS and details.

In fact it will only generate a tons of questions - why this guy is here and why this one is not here ? You can't answer on these questions properly without referring to rules which some are still subject to approve.

BTW. What happened if FULL ACF BOARD (including District Managers) don't agree with something and don't approve or require changes and amendments ? In this case we'll have very bad look.

I proposed an idea of titles in ACF back to 2004, I was in close contact with Richard Forman regarding this matter in 2006, creating ACF titles was part of my campaign in 2015 and I really and truly want and dream to get this done asap. This is my signature. But it must be done in perfect way.

It is true. If BY-LAWS aren't approved then everything else we have done is junk. Well said.

In that case Michael, like me Alex says, we will probably have to wait for August bulletin, at the earliest.

If the members knew the proposed details then could voice their opinion to their district managers. Moiseyev has said many times that everything should be open and available to all. I understand about the lists but I hope we get to see the poposed changes now.

Today I received email from Larry Mitchell, District 4 Manager who also voted YES for ACF titles amendment. Total number of YES votes is 12 now.

Clint Olsen has been kindly working on ratings page and system, but it's not an overnight fix.
