Just looking over the ACF ratings and i see quite alot of dead-wood in there. By that i mean players who havent had their ratings updated or maybe havent played since 4-5 yrs ago or maybe more in some cases.

This seems to give a slightly inaccurate position of players who are actually trying to rise in the ratings(if you like that kinda thing) but are still positioned behind players who may well have retired,stop playing or are not doing ranking Tys anymore!!. Can anyone explain how that works.
