Well I know Alan said that he would try to get the ratings provided in the Bulletin provided it did not take up too much space. If that is a problem, then yes, we should find a way to mail out a ratings list to everyone.

Yes, mailing and publishing is the only problem. I never challenge "official" status of your work and results, only procedure. Old crocodiles are very conservative sometimes ... I might be first in this lineChexhero wrote:If that is a problem

I think in order to save costs, compormise solution could be:
1) Release ratings on website 2-4 times a year
2) Publish ratings in ACFB annually and print them inside ACFB or mailing extra rating list pages in the same postage but separately with minor binding.
Whatever works, but paper form is crucial.
