Well just to let everyone know yesterday was the day for my kids and I doing our practicing and playing. Then we had the TV crew come in to tape us as we were having class. Each one was interviewed and myself. I was humbled by how they spoke of how they loved to play and learn our game.
This was a 4 hour interview very happy to see that they were very surprised on how the kids and parents who were interviewed spoke of the Leap program plus of how their kids loved me as their teacher.
I am hoping that this interview will bring others into the game. And I hope maybe someone somewhere will want to sponsor us and many others in the years to come.
The school awarded me with a certificate of great appreciation and honored me for a long year of dedication to all the kids. Which I was humbled by this.
These kids now want to start a funding for me which i said no too but think this has came from all that i had worked with and parents. As I told them all my #1 priority was the kids not me and I would do what i could to keep this going threwout years in our schools.
To let you all know when they air this on TV i will place a link here on the forum for all of you so you can see this.
