Don't miss Unofficial World Championship Checker Problem Composing Contest Number 51. It is now live on the cover page and at the link below. It will not end until June 30, 2020.
Its 6 original, unpublished settings have uninviting titles, by 6 current composers. These contest problems will test the masters. But the solutions are there for the rest of us
Each problem has 4 or 5 Red pieces poised for potential escapes. But your ingenuity, utilizing a variety of strategies, can engineer a decisive win for White in every case. An initial 2-piece numerical advantage is a key factor in two of them.
See them all animated and cast your valuable vote for the one you like most.
Get on the free voters' ladder, where you can wrestle with the best and not catch a virus. It only requires that you announce your vote in an e-mail to the address under the diagrams on the contest page. Be a competitive voter / evaluator and climb the ladder by picking winners. You will enjoy the challenge.
The current ladder stands as follows:
1&2 tie - Mark Sokolovsky & Leo Springer (Netherlands) picked 3 winners in 4 tries (75%)
3 - Liam Stephens (Ireland), 10 in 17 tries (59%)
4 - Slava Gorin (Russia) 7 in 13 tries (54%)
5 - Kathy Wirthwein 8 in 15 tries (53%)
17 others have either picked fewer than 50% winners or have voted in fewer than 4 contests.

Re: Contest 51 is Underway
I just noticed the new ACF Bulletin, ACFB #405 June 2020, has the answers to Contest 51 as well as the diagrams. This is helpful for me, as my computer browser often does not detect the solution button, and the "view animation" link leads to a blank page with only the ACF header. This is tremendously helpful in judging the problems.

George,
The ACF Bulletin has included the solutions to all contest problems for the past 8+ years.
And you just noticed?
For shame!
