One of my goals for this year is to make a sportscard type set of the world recognized Grand Master Checker Players with a subset entitled Players on the Rise of maybe future world champions or grandmasters. I may also throw in some of our past workd champs. Im open to suggestions. I intend to make this a good looking set of maybe 50 cards.
The first thing I will need is a list of what you consider the Grandmasters of 2020. I will need their contact address such as an email to get information.
The cards will recognize especially each world champion of the past 10 years 2010-2020.
This will be time consuming and cost some money to do it right.
I think if we do it right and make say 500 sets, that it could help popularize our great game and also maybe earn some funds for Children and youth checkers.
So i am asking for your help. There may be some that dont want to be a part of this. I will send a questionaire to each one seeking permission, information and a 3 pictures for me to choose from.
