I got this email from Johnny Hunt this morning.
Hello JR, looks like the Corinth checker club will probably not be playing on Mondays. We have lost two checker players in the past month due to illness. One to covid, Mr. Thomas Shumpert in December 2 of 2020. Then sadly just today Monday, January 25, 2021 Mr. Bobby Blankenship. He passed from pneumonia. There's only myself and Mr. Harold Thornton left that was a part of that club. If we play it won't in Corinth. I hope to attend the TN open this year. Hope to see you then.
