Yes and No  Suki "beat Alex and Hallet" only on Honor Points ! But anyway, Ron played very good this ty and and well deserved to win a title.

1. R. King, 24, HP - 142
2. A. Moiseyev, 24, HP - 138
3. R. Hallett, 24, HP - 132
4. R. Beckwith, 20,
5. E. Bruch, 18, HP - 148
6. C . Nash, 18, HP - 106
7. L. Keen, 16, HP - 140
8. J. Schwartz, 16, HP - 124
9. J. Morrison, 16, HP - 118
10-11. E. Lowder, 16, HP - 114
10-11. E. Morrison, 16, HP - 114
12. T. Laverty, 16, HP - 108
13. J. Webster, 16, HP - 106
14. M. Holmes, 14
15. M. Fulkerson, 12

I am not sure about HP for the next couple players

16-17. G. Lindsay, 8
16-17. K. Albrecht, 8

18. A. Millhone, 6

Congratulations to organisers and directors, and also all players. It was a good one ty. I played a bit softly and not very aggresively compare with 2004. Final work on SIXTH took out alot of energy.

What really cost me with Honor Poins - in last round Clayton Nash beat E. Lowder and Richard Beckwith - L. Keen, which finally placed them as 6th and 4th respectively. How I can be disappointed with this ? I am happy and satisfy with Richard and Clay performance.

From the total overturn 42 players at National ty, only 3 or 4 left without copy of SIXTH

Ron King got one copy for himself, and 4 more for his friends and Barbados players.

More later ...

Yours,

Alex

Ron King has to be considered the top tournament player in the world now. His ability to exploit weaker players is stronger than anyone in the world with his offbeat play. I think Alex Moiseyev will agree with this.

how would you know what he does?
how would you know its offbeat?

actually ron king wins with great tactical play
his endgame and being able to press opponents pieces
is how he wins
i think anyone would agree

I have over 400 of Suki's games on my computer + his games in Sixth. Alex M even mentions how much Suki tries to mix games up to test his opponents cross board skills. Why else would he play the 27-20 jump on 2nd DC? I'm sure his endgame is a big reason too - you just want to find small irrelevant reasons to cause trouble with me, Patrick - don't reply to my posts anymore.

he plays 27 20 because he grew up with it i imagine
and considers it a draw
many players play things they consider sound or drawable
lowder plays 914 on the octopus but still it loses
i wont post reply to anything else you ever say again ...and im not alone
