Piet Lauwen's L'Esprit that bought the Brooklyn Public Library'
s checker book collection in the 1980' s now has a permant auction on ebay:

It is only on the dutch ebay site, but it offers books about chess, bridge, and all forms of checkers, especially 10*10, russian draughts and english style.

Good chance to get books, especially in Russian and Dutch, but also a lot in German and English.
