My beloved Queensland Maroons have defeated for the unprecedented sixth time in a row the New South Wales Blues.
I am really proud and i am very partial but i believe that state of origin is quite possibly one of the toughest sporting contests in the whole world.

last night game was also special because one of the best players ever played his last state of origin game. His name is Darren Lockyer and he has played his whole career for the Brisbane Broncos at club level (my local team) and the Queensland Maroons at state of origin level. he is a gentleman on and off the field and a great player to boot.
