I thought yu might Danny...............there is an Irish International team that plays Aus in the mixed rules football every 2 years.They alternate with the round ball and the oval ball.

But your guys are professional while ours are amateur.

yeah Tommy believe it or not there is excitement here when they pick the aussie team for that event...
i myself enjoy top level AFL but i rather watch football (soccer), rugby union, or rugby league any day

All Ireland 2nd Semi final tomorrow ...DUBLIN V MAYO the winners to play DONEGAL in the Final Sept 23rd. This will be Donegals 1st final for 20 long yrs.......i was at the last one in 1992 when we won beating DUBLIN can lightening strike twice?

Mayo ran out winners versus Dublin by 2 pts............so its Donegal v Mayo in the Football Final sept 23rd.

Tomorrow its Galway v Kilkenny in the Hurling Final.........dont miss it it gonna be a BATTLE/

wELL LAST WEEK THE HURLING FINAL gALWAY V KILKENNY ENDED IN A DRAW WITH THE LAST PUCK OF THE GAME........AND THEY HAVE TO DO IT ALL AGAIN ON SEPT 30TH.
