In my imperfect post, I used the phrase "perfect play" to describe Dr. Brown's theory.
I should have used the phrase "proper play" instead. Dr. Brown uses the phrase "properly played."
But that Dr. Brown's theory is in Vocabulary Of Checkers at all gives it a certain amount of gravitas.
W.T. Call in the VOC entry Losing game does not make the erroneous claim that the losing game cannot end in a draw.
