Not apply to Teal - he just improved recently and moved to another level. It is hard to play first time in Master Division, but sooner or later he has to do this - no way back !

I don't see any problems if someone tries to play in low division - less competition. The serious problem is when someone tries to get into higher division where (s)he doesn't belong.

We played a single division because group wanted it that way... Swiss

We only had 3 Masters: Laverty, T Stanley, and Burks
9 Majors: Bill McClintock, Ken Shultz, Mike Ross, Ben Jones, Buck Smith, Ron Bailey, Cecil Lowe, Larry Michael, and Ted Williamson.
The the rest of us are Minors (8)... I think Shelly and Martin had a great tournament, with a bye and the 8Rd agreed Shultz/Martin draw; however, both seem to have improved.
