Here are some recent tournament announcements. Please post them in ACF calendar.

No Florida Open this year - submitted by Joe Schwartz


2010 Nebraska 112th 3-Move Open Tournament, Omaha, NE
May 22nd 2010, Old Country Buffet, 7540 Dodge Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68114
Tournament is 6-rounds - one day, 45 minutes per game.
Registration 8:00 a.m. Saturday. Play begins 9:00 a.m.
The entry fee will go into the prize fund and given back to the players after some miscellaneous expenses. There is a fee of $8.50 that has to be paid at the door for your breakfast/lunch. The food is outstanding. You will have to eat when time allows. We will not break for lunch.
If you come I-29 North or South, take the I-680 West exit to 72nd Street North. Take the 72nd Street exit North off of I-680 whether you are coming from the East or West on I-680. There are several motels right there, a block off of the I-680 exit. Dodge Street is about 1½ miles North of I-680 on 72nd Street. Turn left on Dodge Street, the OCB is on the right side by Toys R US.

ACF District 7 (3-Move) Open Championship
September 18th 2009, at the Joyce Raye Patterson Senior Center, 100 S. 10th Street, St. Joseph, MO. 64501 (816)-271-4666.
Tournament is 6-rounds, 3-move style, all 6 rounds on Saturday with a time limit of 45 minutes per game. The tournament should conclude by 3:30-4:00 p.m. We will use the Swiss system as the method of pairings for the tournament.
Registration starts at 8:00 a.m. Play will start at 9:00 a.m.
The entry fee is $15.00 per player and the entry fee will go into the prize fund and given back to the players after some miscellaneous expenses.
For those coming off I-29, take Exit # 47 (Highway 6, Frederick Blvd., Clarksdale). Go West on Frederick about 3 miles, turn left at South 9th Street, go 1 block and turn left. The parking lot is about ½ block.

Dave Stovie ask that you please change the date for the Nebraska GAYP Ty from Oct. 9th to September 11. Same details.

too bad about florida ...we need some players in north florida
that would be a good location
