Jack Francis may have had 11 wins, the most in the Ty BUT..........he got no points off the top five finishers, played only two of them got nothing ,and wasnt in a position to be balloted against the other three. Thus his 18 pts total ,i guess to win any Ty you gota beat top or at least not be beatin by them and be in a position to play them first and foremost to do this.

Thanks John for the update. Congrads to Alex for winning and to Larry Keen (along with Moiseyev) for not losing a round. Alex and Larry seems were the only two not to lose a round. Thanks Joe for beating Ron King. Alex M. is probably thinking the same thing!

Seems if Jack won a lot he definitely lost a lot! But he managed to stay above par. I'm hoping to play in the Indiana this year but I dont know if I will or not. Other than that, seems Ireland will be my next stop.

I am selecting now best, attractive 50 games for pulbication and In defence of Jack I should say that number of interesting games he played is higher than for other players and number of boring games he played is miserable.

The number of myself games which I selected is smaller than for other players  Not so many beauties - PP, PP, PP and then another PP with draw or error and lost. For instance, in my rounds which I played with Joe Schwartz and John Webster I selected games where my opponents missed a win, and with Joe Schwartz I didn't even select the game which I won. It will be part of "Selected Positions" Chapter, not "Selected Games"

All my 6 games from round 5 and round 8 with Ron King were absolutely non interesting. In low scope opening we both stayed on PP, thats it.

So ... many thanks to Jack and other who contributed to "Selected games" !
