John / Jason, I like it !

In Netherland 10x10 World Championship 2011 they only translated life games, not players. Don't really know what is better or worse  but I like what I've seem today !

People can see me and Michelle "in real life"

To all readers: If you want John Acker be able to travel and stay in Cleveland during the match and broadcaste games - please, donate anything which seems reasonable and acceptable to you. You can donate it to special "John Acker" fund or to entire match with note - it will go to the right directions.

Jason & John,

I like this very much.

I just signed in and may be able to chat about the games live.

If you do that for the WCM, do NOT fotget to mention the time your livestream is online on the ACF site/ the WCM site.

And to everyone:
sign in and leave a feedback and try to be there at the WCM for a live discussion of the games.

For anyone that was watching, I apologize that the feed kept breaking. I was using my phone to broadcast and occasionally the application would crash. If we had a dedicated computer with a webcam things should be much better.
Also I apologize that we only broadcasted for 1 round. My phones battery died after that marathon match between Rich and LaVerne (ended with 1st position for those who lost the feed before seeing the ending).

I like that idea, and yes it is possible, we'll just have to find out how to disable comments from showing up on the pc that is broadcasting so nobody can gain "outside help"

What do you like about checkers?: I enjoy learning more and more as i go. despite its alleged simplicity the game is incredibly complex and rewarding.

John and Jason congrats on making the "checkers world" better for everyone else :)

cheers
Danny

PS while i am immensely grateful you have shared a few things from the PA tourney , and i do realize it was just on a phone... it was a little hard to distinguish the kings from regular men. then again it might just be my old age :D

Wonderful improvement on getting our checker tournaments broadcast to players and the public. This will promote interest and definitely increase our checker game awareness... promotionally and educationally!
