Re: 2022 Albert Tucker GAYP National Tournament
Some updates on the GAYP National tournament (July 5-8):
We will begin play at 8:30 am each day. That first day (Tuesday, July 5), registration will start at 7:30-7:45 am followed by brief players meeting. The round schedule each day (as needed) is 8:30-11:30, 12:00-3:00, then 3:30-6:30. Watson will bring in lunch food each day for the players, and host one evening supper. Depending on turn-out, likely we will play a round-robin until the required number of rounds are complete. For Masters (or for anyone else wanting a clock for their round), time controls are 40 minutes + 15-second increment for each GAYP game (or 45 min. + 0 is clock lacks increment feature).

Next to last day: Lubabalo tells me that Jack Francis has led for most of the tournament. But Lubabalo has caught up with him and is in the lead.
Final result: 1. Lubabalo Kondlo, 2. Jack Francis, 3. Alex Moiseyev (as far as I know).
