Under 18 World Youth WCDF Champion

Colton Cardie was declared the WCDF under 18 World Youth GAYP Champion. He came to play and had no opponent in his group.

Thank you Alan for posting that information. I know that John Cardie has been working with his grandson, Colton, first to prepare for the National Youth tournament and then for the WQ youth tournament. He was hoping that other youth players would be there too. Hopefully we can have a youth WQ tournament sometime when youth players are able to attend without interfering with their school work. This is obviously a time when many youth are unable to attend (especially under 18 years old) because of school. Colton was able to have his school work prepared in advance so the tournament would not interfere with his studies. Perhaps in coming years this can be taken into consideration. If we can't get youth involved, this is possibly the final generation for our 3000 year old board game.
