Great to hear that my dear friend Frank Bednall is playing so well. I am betting on Jim Morrison to win this one with Shane in second place but it will be close between these two wonderful players. Dr Beckwith is a good bet too.

Sune, we are waiting desperately for the results of the Danish Jury, sorry, I mean the results of the QT of the WCDF at the IOW in GAYP.

Wow. If I look at the last sentence I see how much of a freak I am.
Maybe I should try to go the ESC.

Greetinx from cloudy Dortmund,

Sorry guys - they took forever to bring our food :).

Morrison - 16
McCosker - 15
Freeman - 15
Harwood - 14
R. Tovagliaro - 14
Bishop - 14
Beckwith - 13 points
Bednall - 13 points
F. Moran - 13 points

I think Faleo has 12 point he lost to both Harwood and Beckwith today - but he is playing me tomorrow so he might leapfrog like Bishop and Freeman did (they will have harder opponents tomorrow). Morrison lost to Harwood (on the cross!) but beat him in the second game. McCosker is the only unbeaten player left - but is getting too many draws.

J. Caws is leading the ladies by one point

Pairings for first round tomorrow is

Morrison vs. Freeman
McCosker vs. Harwood
Beckwith vs. Sean Philips

Faleo and Moran both have players from the bottom so they have good chances of leapfroging

Impressive stability and good for match, but may not be enough for tournament.

Dave is tough  I also beat Jim once in Cross and still am very proud of this accomplishment. Michael Holmes predictions about Americans players performance may become a reality, but now we have to cross fingers for Rich.

As i said before ,

To win a match and win a ty , one cannot use the same strategy.
This is why Morrison would have lost on the cross!! he knows that to get 1st , he must try harder than his position allows!!

It is no discredit to him , and I doubt that he will or has ever lost more than 1 game on cross in a matchplay event.

So in a way, this cross loss may disclose the fact that morrison wins the ty.

Shane if I hear correctly is playing the ty . with matchplay strategy , however he still has chance to bounce off the bottom half players... i hope.

COME ON SHANE ... KICK SOME :!: THERE!!!!!!

best wishes to all

Ah-h-h-h !!!!!!!!! Richard - you made me a day

Michael Holmes was right - all four American players (besides Wilma who won ladies contest) are in top 6. Ron King got a new name on the big list of his opponents in GAYP world matches.

Richard, it is your first step into Big Leaugue - no way back, boy !
