Re: 2017 11-Man Ballot National Open
The prize fund for the 2017 National 11-man tournament is now $20,475. We will probably have over $21,000 by tournament time.

I can confirm that Clayton Nash, Lorne Wells, and myself will be attending. Three online players: Chee Xiong, Eric Strange, and Kevin Burks (2007 Nat. majors champ) have expressed interest, but have not confirmed attendance yet. I will keep you updated on any changes.

Several days ago another Canadian, Clint Olsen, showed an interest in private conversation, but didn't confirm anything.
My roommate will be Lorne Wells which makes our room average age around 40 ... huh!
I am curious - if legendary Fredo is coming ...

Unfortunately, the great Alfredo Mercado will not be attending. He has expressed interests in future tournaments though.Alex_Moiseyev wrote: I am curious - if legendary Fredo is coming ...

Re: 2017 11-Man Ballot National Open
Young Canadaian star Lorne Wells kindly agreed to share room with such an old crocodile as myself.
It might be a room of champions if he decides to play in Majors
I already made reservation and planning to arrive (drive) on Sunday, Lorne will be there on Monday. My car trip (10-11 hours) will include short stop in St. Louis to have lunch with my son Paul and his girlfriend Jennifer.

Re: 2017 11-Man Ballot National Open
On Monday, March 27, we will have a two-game blindfold exhibition. Sergio Scarpetta, Miki Borghetti and Alex Moiseyev will be the players. The exact format will be determined Monday morning. This will be a fun thing with everyone welcome to come watch. We hope to have the three main TV stations from Springfield on hand for the exhibition and the tournament.

Re: 2017 11-Man Ballot National Open
One small, last minute adjustment. I am planning to stay on Sunday night in Brian Hinkle house in St. Louis and arrive to Branson on Monday around noon. So ... on Monday morning you can train a bit against Sergio and Miki before BIG games with BIG guy come up haha!! Me and Brain plan to arrive on Monday at 12-1. In case of some delay you can play with my buddy Lorne - same level of fun or even more!
