John, you are avbsolutely right ! That would be great if everyone wants to play in high division. People will be motivated in right directions Now Federation should have very strong regulations - who is qualify to play in Master Division, when people earn right to move ahead etc. After then the only way to move higher will be not a personal wish, but improving the game.john reade wrote:If the top section is the only one with prizes then of course everyone wants to play in that section.
