Joe, Will this count toward our ratings? Seems like it would.

It is good to see Bill Stanley recovered well enough to compete again in the majors.

It is good to see at least 4 strong youngsters competing with the heavyweights in the masters. The results will tell a lot about the state of the art.

Looks like Little Alex and Big Alex are running side by side... .

Will it turn out to be another famous Holmes story?

Of note is Alex M lost a round to John Webster, and Tim Laverty lost a round to Alex H.

Also of note is that Alex Holmes had two draws with John Webster. Alex Holmes had a bad second day but we have one more day left.

Looks like Alex has proved he can play with the big guys well. The next step is consistency. I am also glad to see Laverne Wray at this tournament. I assure you there will be no rounds getting over fast :)

Congrats to the winners and to Tim, who earned another shot at the title. A very good turnout, which means 11 man is becoming more popular, which is good to see. I did notice that the ratings were not used to determine division placement for players. Though it is not mandatory, I do welcome tournament directors to use the ratings to determine division placement for players in future tournaments :)

It was a really great tournament with much better overturn compare with previous year. Many thanks to JR, Tim, Teal and many other NC folks who keep 11 man ballot National alive.

Cake "Happy birthday, Alex" (for me and Alex H.) was really nice, seafood lunches in Restaurant were delicious.

I am very glad that I had a chance to meet first time and socialize with Eric Strange - another great addition to ACF Master's.

Josh Armstrong play wasn't very fresh due to low practice.

I was very impressed Alex H. performance and progress.

Business as usual - I lost one round to Dr. John Webster. It seems like it's becoming some sort of tradition :D Will try to revange it in Lebanon !
