I have sent information to Alan and John to update. After two rounds I am in first with 6 points. Moiseyev, Pollard, Freeman, Teal, Boatman, have five and my son has four. Alex played Alex in the first round!

In the 3rd round I've got 3 points with Michael, John Webster beat twice Albert Tucker in Single Corner and now both (me and John) have 8 points, Michael has 7 points. Jim Morrision drewed 1st game on weak side of 10-15 22-17 6-10 with Alex Holmes and they are playing 2nd game now. As of 9:30 AM some other games in Master and Major Divisions are still in progress.

Some games are still playing but top Masters done. I finished 1st with 20 points (4 wins, no losses and haven't been in loss), missed win with J. Morrison), Michael Holmes finished 2nd with 19 points and Charles Freeman and James Morrison (didn't lose any game) finished wth 18 points.

Many thanks again to Mary and Frank Davis for keeping this historic event up and running.

I also am very proud of beating Don Lafferty record who was 9 times winner of TN State. Starting this year I am 10 times (so far!) winner of TN.

Congratulation on your first place win Alex! Let's see if you can make it an even dozen wins in 2015?

My son figured up honor points. If he is right I get second, Webster gets third, Nick gets fourth, Freeman gets fifth, and I think Morrison gets SIXTH.

John, many thanks for posting final standings ! Huh, few games were still played when I left tournament room and I didn't realize that Nick Boatman and John Webster are still in business ! It looks like both of them got 4 points.

Congratulations to both of them for tying for 2nd place with Michael Holmes. Michael was just 1 point behind me before last round and called me 2 draws. I responded: "Your offer is too good to refuse!" and I accepted.

In other hands, I called drawn match to Hallet in last round of 3-moves National 1998 in similar situation because I just didn't feel I have any chances to win a round against him at this time.

Alex Holmes proved very well that Master Division is his new home. He has very bright future if he continue to study PP, discipline himself and control his emotions.

I didn't get much wins but perhaps my partners didn't cooperate very well this year ? :D However, I am satisfy with quality of my games and the simple fact that I haven't been in lost or having serious problems in any single game. My play in Lebanon this year was a bit conservative and less agreessive but safe and secured. I also learned 3 new to me moves which is quite a good number :D

    Regards,

Masters are updated. You will see the tournament separated into 2 on the table. Sometimes this is necessary due to a high volume of rounds and players. Part 2 is your new current rating.

I will get to Majors a little later in the week.

Thanks. That was fast. I'm glad to gain a couple of points. But hope I do better next time.
