(1) Mike Magnelli won the District I checker tournament and he is now the R.I. St. Ck. Champion as well (2) Mike Margolin came in second and he is now the Mass. St. Ck. Champion (3) Al Darrow came in 3rd and he is now the new Ct. St. Ck. Champion. 14 attended this fine checker tournament--playing 30 minute games. More results to be posted later.
