Submitting Tournament Announcements

Keeping the tournament announcements as a private feature that only a few people have access to seems pretty stupid to me. It should be opened up such that anyone who knows of a tournament can submit it to the site. The current form that is out there is not the easiest thing to use and very limited.
This is a page I started a couple weeks ago and haven't had time to finish yet. Next time I get a few free hours I plan on making this functional.

Current Features:
Allow anyone with a forum account access

Future Features:
Structured information. (venue,address,rules,etc)
More organized interface.
Multiple contacts.
Titles available to win.
Take address information and connect to Google Maps on the announcement page.

TODO:
Make it actually do something.
Cleanup layout.
Change announcement page to pull from this list.
