New Year Tree !

Post by Alex_Moiseyev »

Here is positional design of New Year Tree on the board and solution for Russian checkers. It would nice, if someone can make a playable viewer for this and also provide solution for checkers. Programs participation in New Year contest is welcome !

It looks like an unsound structure:
the black man on the base looks clearly "overloaded", what do you think? :-)

Hi, Ingo !

In Russian checkers solution last move was 1:10. Before this red moved King on 6 etc ... It is not so obvious - if it's possible or not in checkers. Maybe program can help us  "recover" position from the beginning ?

I will try to experiement a bit with this, but am very busy now with book. Also - everyone is welcome to try !

Regards,

Alex
