MKR Draw.
Just find incidentally while working on something else. I named this position as "MKR Draw" where MKR stands as Moiseyev & KR . My explanation of this interesting fact is - after trade move is right for Payne Draw, and without trade white can't break red block.
Red to move, white wins.
