Hi all my good friends. My G. Daughter`s softball team won the Tennessee State Championship. Friday we will be heading to Richmond, Va to play in the Nationals. Should we win there they will go straight to Delaware to play in the World Series. Haley is the pitcher, and a super one( if I can say so) hahah. If any of you live close to where they are playing, come out and see me and watch the games... Guess you could say I am very proud of our girls in Morristown, Tn.. Wish them luck.. In our championship game in Tn. they were 21-0 till the coachs let the other girls come in and get to play..They did a good job, even though the other team score 8 runs. It also made the other team feel better going home with some runs. I was happy for them to.. They all worked hard.. Was proud of our coaching staff for doing that.. Go Tennessee........... By the way... Our team colors will be ORANGE....... hahah

State Champions:
Morristown Senior Girls claim state title, advance to regionals!

Morristown breezed by defending state champion Washburn 21-8 Wednesday night, taking the Senior League Girls State Championship in the process and advancing to the Southeast Region Tournament in Ladysmith, Va., next week....

Sitting on the ground. 3rd from the left is my wonderful Granddaughter Haley. Next to her is my 1 1/2 year old grandson,( Haleys little brother) Carson... He is their biggest fan. All the girls love him, as you see they had to have him in the winners pictur. lololol Friday we will go to Va. to the Nationls.. If we win there it is the World Series next...

Thank you so much.. Yes we are very proud of her. We are back home now and moving on to her second year of pitching for our High School team. This will be her Sophmore year and the lead pitcher for them.. Now we move on to FOOTBALL with our 13 yr old G Son.. Life is good and Sports fills a lot of our time.. Hope to see you in March.......... Start working on that now. It is not that far away. Love you..
