Found it! It's Piffle Rag dated 1914 by Gladys Yelvington. It's on Prof. Bill Edwards' website.

The Primeline MIDI Library has a recording of Checkers Rag written by Harry J. Lincoln of Pennsylvania in 1913.

John, the pdf files from Mississppi State University do tend to download slowly, I just tried it on my computer and it was very slow this time. An alternative might be to try to download from an earlier page by clicking on "Access this item." in the middle of the page:john reade wrote:George,
