I have been to kurnik only 4 times, so I don't know who is who.
But...
Years ago, there was a very strong mail player named Arnold Cook.....played on Wood's ladder, among others....wonder if this is the same person...??

Just a note coming from someone who comes to the forum each morning. I read with great intrest the postings of friends and information on Ty postings, pictures and general CHECKER information... But today I will say... I am so sick and tired of the way some people use this forum to degrade other people..... Usually.. all this is done by the younger players who tend to think they know everything about the game of checkers, when in fact they have only been playing a few years... What they know only comes from a program and books but yet they have no respect of the years of playing across a board with real players. When they meet a REAL player, with years of experience and talent, they get beat and the jealousy and and name calling begins.... Some people need to just grow up and wait a while, listen and learn, and drop you childish attitudes, because one day you will look back and regreat how you have acted.... Without respect of others and the game, you have nothing but bad thoughts and you make yourself look really bad in the checker world..... My thoughts on childish behavior, Bugs

I know you're not too bright, so I hope you will understand this. You say you're sick of people degrading others, then you lash out on young players. I know you couldn't spell this but, that's called a hypocrite.
Do you consider yourself a "REAL" player? You're terrible.
Every year there is another young, online player who emerges to win offline tournaments.
You're the one who needs to show some respect.

Hello All, I was just informed by a friend of mine who was laughing his a** off of one post in general I should read. I skim through but dont read all carefully so I seem to miss this part. Irma you said I conquer women and leave them hurt and poof go like magic? How do I conquer them and if I hate them why would I even bother?
