Bush wants us to cut the amount of gas we use. The best way to stop using so much gas is to deport 11 million illegal immigrants! That would be 11million less people using our gas. The price of gas would come down. Bring our troops home from Iraq to guard the border. When they catch an illegal immigrant crossing the border, hand him a canteen, rifle and some ammo and ship him to Iraq . Tell him if he wants to come to America then he must serve a tour in the military. Give him a soldier's pay while he's there and tax him on it. After his tour, he will be allowed to become a citizen since he defended this country. He will also be registered to be taxed and be a legal patriot. This option will probably deter illegal immigration and provide a solution for the troops in Iraq and the aliens trying to make a better life for themselves. If they refuse to serve, ship them to Iraq anyway, without the canteen, rifle or ammo. Problem solved. If you think this is a good solution to both the problems, forward it to your friends.

The ACF Forum has no room for mean spirited political or racist comments against anyone. Don Imus knows that probably as well as anyone. My family originates from Captain Myles Standish who came over on the Mayflower. Tommy you and I know each other well and I feel you owe Irma an open apology ! Mrs. Sierra wants me to remove her from the ACF Forum and this is not right for her to have to leave and be discouraged by adverse comments. The ACF Forum is absolutely no place to engage in tirades against any group of individuals. All of us come from all over the globe and we all love the same game. I will tolerate no more of this on this forum. Irma I am sorry this occured and apologize to you for hurtful remarks made towards you and your nationality. I will not delete the postings until apologies are rendered and the right thing is done.

I will add that the root of the problem is not "illegal immigrants" themselves (as this focus robs them of their human dignity), but severe wage imbalances across the border. Naturally, efforts to remedy citizenship status need be addressed as well, but we are obviously getting off-topic here.

You definetly belong to this forum, but this redundant pseudo-political discussion does not belong here.

I am also sure that my friend Tommy Canning is definetly not proposing such nonsense (maybe it was a kind of April's joke).
I think it was part of a joke that has been mistaken and that now backfires on him.

Here is my vision ... Tommy messages often are very sarcastic and sharp, and this one is no exception. If I am not mistaken, he wanted to say: "typical G. Bush solution !". After then he described the most stupid unrealistic situation which may happened.

I certainly apologise if this has causes anyone distress or feelings of that nature especially Irma .It was not by any means my intention to do any such thing and the reaction has surprised me.

This was an email i got from a lady in the USA forwarded from a George Carlin. and i didnt see the political implications of it. I am not politically minded in any way so you may put this down to my naiviety for which i unreservedly apologise.

Alan Milhone is someone i have the greatest respect for and this is the first bad word i have ever heard from him, i agree entirely with his sentiment it was out of order and out of context in regards posting on this Forum.I thank Ingo too for his support.

I too have many Irish friends "trapped" in the USA who cannot come home who are illegals even in times of family bereavments, many who have returned home including family who dont have a "green"? card and cannot get back in. I feel for those people.

Nevertheless this posting was done in good faith and i saw it as no more than that. If i had thought for one second that this was politically incorrect as to cause offence then i would never have posted such.

(the boarder is with Mexico, not with Italy) in case the person who wrote it wasnt dedicated for mexicans, and persons with no canteen and no rifle in Irak means DEAD persons, so, THE TWO PROBLEM ARE SOLVED??? How can a person write this and use the legend: "DONT LET U THE PERSON U ARE STOP U TO BEEING THE PERSON U WANT TO BE", (or whatever)
discusting....and Patrick Parker, u agreed with him.

Maybe for many of u this wasn't a big deal, ADVISE: ALWAYS CHANGE PLACES BEFORE SAYING SOMETHING OR DOING SOMETHING.

My Mother did research for several years and submitted everything to them. We belong and have the membership certificate, etc. to prove same. Many people purport to be descended from a person from the Mayflower. It takes lots of time and research for them to accept you into their society.
