Thanks for your thoughts guys.... I am fine, the cyclone hit approximately 1000 kilometres north of Brisbane .... so all we saw was strong winds and no rain....
we are more than fine, I have spent my day working today trying to keep my mind of the negatives.... to be honest so much of the state is destroyed that i feel strangely guilty that my family and myself have been completely spared of these 2 major disasters...

my thoughts are with all those who have lost all their possesions
