Michael, I believe, originally referred to his game as "a switcher "( And still has in the edited title of the thread).....not a game on the switcher.

Seems like the notion may indeed be that 21-17 as second move to any opening move may be "a switcher line", as Michael initially believed.
But,as Alex proposed The Switcher opening is universally known as 11-15, 21-17, 9-13...
