8. News from IMSA and Sport Accord (formerly known as GAISF)

In March the president and EVP visited Denver for the meetings of the International Sports federation organisation Sport Accord and the International Mind Sports Organisation IMSA.

In the IMSA meeting the possibilities for a next WMSG were discussed. It appears to be impossible to have these games in London after the Olympics and the IMSA decided to step away from the Olympic years and will try to organize the second WMSG in 2011 or 2013. There are already some cities interested to host these games.
The president and EVP were both nominated in the Board of IMSA to represent the FMJD.

Personally I heard unproved rumors that there are two candidates to hold next WSMG event: Brazil and Saint Petersburgh in Russia.
