My hope is that all americans place in the top five .....MHolmes
TUT TUT .........stick to the facts!!
What Holmes said was completely different as you can see.................some one needs to go to SPECSAVERS.

Re: World Qualifer Results
Technically Anthony Bishop tied with Dave Harwood for 5th -6th place. Honor Points only for bureaucrats

It is also possible that it was just a minor typo on Michael end which doesn't make much difference !

My sincere congratulations to Richard , and i wish him all the best against King .
The task before him is gonna be tough but definately not impossible .
To begin with lets see GAYP title change hands !!!
Jim certainly deserved his right to challenge King also , Better luck next time Jim.
Shane , you can rest assured that if you continue in game then you will definately have another shot at titles , BUT , I won't make it easy for you
Well played everyone else
WILLIAM

Aye well done to Rich..............couldnt happen to a nicer guy,and its good to see a different challenger this time brings more color into the game ,as Billy says it wont be easy and Shane has time on his side esp for a lad who doesnt play GAYP a all.
PS...........Im all the more pleased that Rich got thru (if it wasnt going to be Shane) as in the last QT in Prague 2005 when he accomodated me (due to my flight arrangements) to play late into the night at the Hotel, when we had the Black Dyke and an 11-15 23-18 8-11 27-23 3-8 Kelso which finished in 2 draws (with alot of digital clock problems too) if Rich had got 2 wins he would have been at the business end of the qualifing Ty wth chances to win it. So for that reason fair dues to him and i wish him all the best.

Re: World Qualifer Results
Congratulations to Richard Beckwith.
One of the most active players, organizers and writers.
It sure is well deserved and I am sure Richard will be prepared as good as possible when playing Ron King in 2010.
Best wishes also to all other players.
Especially to Sune.
I hope you achieved your goal this time.
And my congratulations to Wilma Wolvereton to beat a former World Champion and to get a chance to go for the title.
Greetinx from Dortmund as midnight,
Ingo Zachos
