Illinois 101 Tournament
Re: Illinois 101 Tournament
Thanks for the report John,
Ed Lucas was released from the hospital Thursday and I went to visit him last night, he was looking forward to us being there this weekend and is disapionted that we couldn't make it. I told him we can go to next spring's tournament. Good luck for the upcoming rounds. I wish we were there..."Pal"

I'd like to say well done to Flavious Burgess, I saw a few of his games and he handled himself well for being made to play up a level(Due to winning B last year). Especially well done to Alex Holmes, he was smokin players left and right, and a solid performer. I think he coaches his dad or something.
Great tournament, nice turnout, and as usual, wonderful people

I apologize, I know you've offered to give me rides before, and it's my fault because I have been bad @ communicating back.
I'm going to Iowa State University right now, but I definantly would love to go to one of these tournaments. I know now that I'm way out of the way so it's really going to be tough getting to one of them.

Sweet man!
Come by sometime with a board, I don't have one haha .. I have started playing some checkers / draughts a little lately online.
btw I saw you went to the Nebraska tourament, which I kind of wanted to go to but couldn't get there, too bad I didn't know you were so close earlier!
