Thanks Alex im not redundant yet (god bless the other 11 Apostles too)..........i conclude with Pask, The Skunk is certainly the more or most modest of theses new ones ,how these guys lost the red side is a surprise.

Billy sure didnt yu know theres a Royal Mail go slow on which prob accounts for the non appearance of yur shiny new book.

Hmmm good point Billy what of the "tuffer"new ballots??..........wins galore grrrrrrrrrr. LOVELY.

I am also surprised , especially when I have first hand experience of beating a grand master with the blacks in serious competition !!!

Mmmm perhaps I should have lost?!?! because I had weak side ??? Or maybe Ron and Alex have found in analysis the attack that destroys the black defense!!!! for good...

I dont think its that critical and definitely not so critical as to get knocked out............altho as Hannigan says "theres manys a slip between the cup and the lip"!!!!!!

IN the big match is nicely balanced with 4 to go........ but 4 warned is 4 armed!!!!!!! look out.

Wherever the outcome its been a truly EPIC match tied at 4-4 with 2 games to go.Ron had redeemed himself from the last 2 WCM matches a much closer contest this time of which he should be pleased even if he doesnt win.So may the best man win....and the 40 move rule rules till the flag falls.!!

Congratulations Alex. And also to Ron for a great showing. A drawn match may have the same result as a lost match for the challenger, but he certainly has nothing to hang his head about.

Really looking forward to seeing the games. From the score and the updates you've given, it would seem you both played an aggressive style the entire match.
