Arnold Cook
Arnold Cook, a great friend and master checker player, is very ill at this time.. Hospice is now taking care of him. According to Sue, his sister, he is not able to eat now and drinking very little... With a life of disadvantages, Arnold has lived a longer life than Dr,s ever expected. He loves the game of checkers and played in many TY.s.. Please remember him in your prayers.. I have a lot of love and respect for Arnold..A wonderful man to admire and respect... God Bless and Merry christmas to all of you.

Re: Arnold Cook
I have played checkers against Arnold both in tourneys and by mail for over 30 years and he was always a worthy opponent. But more importanly, Arnold was a man of class. Arnold always gave credit to his opponent when they won and never made excuses when he lost. Arnold will be in my prayers at this difficult time. Arnold and players like him are the reason I have enjoyed the game of checkers for over 50 years. I am proud to have been a friend of Arnold Cook.
