From SIXTH (see diagram). Can white win this position ?

Not only is this a white win, but it's still a white win if you
a) make it black's move.
b) make it black's move and allow black to move 12-16.
c) make it black's move, allow black to move 12-16, and then allow black to move 23-26 with no white moves.
d) do everything in c) and allow black to move 16-20, all without any white moves.
If you do the actions in d), and then allow black to move immediately again, black can draw, but only with 2 of its 6 possible moves (26-30, or 27-31).
